Our Balsamic Glaze is made using our Koutsis Balsamic Vinegar a product from Greece, we reduce the balsamic vinegar by half to make a very strong Vinegar Glaze we dont add any honey as the product is quite sweet

Balsamic Glaze is great added to a Steak prior to cooking or any other meat or vegetables, good as a base for a Balsamic Sauce

Balsamic Dressing

Use 2 parts Petromilos or Koutsis Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil

with 1 part Balsamic Vinegar and shake well, store at ambient temperature as the Olive Oil will set in the fridge
